Site team for the Newcrest Cadia Molybdenum Project. My primary role is to manage and support the completion of all the Stage 1, 2 & 3 check sheets for commissioning activities. 

Responsibilities:

• Management and implementation of the digital completions software, Intergraph Smart Completions
• Provided training and support for use of the completions platform
• Facilitate and drive completion of handovers, including punch listing, walkdowns and documentation 
• Run daily progress meetings and align the contractor with the priorities 
• Data analysis on completion database to produce trackable metric and insights
• Maintain and build relationships with the contractor and client
• Isolation and interfacing between commissioning and construction phases
• Automate repetitive tasks 

Engineering vacation program. Tasked with developing a line list for the Newcrest Lihir Site. The project was treated like a small project, and a PEP and close out were prepared.

Responsibilities:

• Transpose lines from P&IDs to a line list
• Liaise  with project sponsors

Teaching and supporting of first-year students in their chemistry practical labs.
